You also get tax accounting information about your LLC and the tax advantages of having it. (Tax Accounting is assisting you with quarterly tax financial reviews for 1 year and tax planning in your LLC. I’ll also focus solely on items such as income, qualifying deductions, investment gains or losses, and other transactions that affect your tax liability.) You get your LLC tax election filed as a Corp or Scorp rather being a disregarded entity federally. You will get a legally bonded company seal. You will get organized under the laws of Texas by my attorneys with your certificates, ledgers, and by laws. I will also create you an operating agreement (under the laws of Texas) if indeed you want to bring someone on. I will also get you going on building your business credit you help you get business loans or grants.
